Company Recytex Textilaufbereitung GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1993. The company is located in Viersen, close to Düsseldorf. All Products of Recytex are developed and produced in Germany.
Recytex has specialized in the production of coated yarns with different thermoplastics. Under the brand name CoreCoat we summarize our activities concerning the coating with Polyurethan. Beside transparent, coloured and translucent qualities we started the production of persistent yarns in collaboration with company NighTec®. These yarns exceed the specifications of persistence as defined in DIN 67510 considerably! The CoreCoat yarns are supplied for serial production in the automotive-, furniture-, cable- and home-textile-industry. The persistence adds another feature to the interesting technical properties of our coated yarn. This opens up even more possibilities to use the yarn in the area of photoluminescence.

Beside the manufacturing of coated yarns, Recytex develops and produces textile-based sound-absorption materials for room-divider and ceiling-panels under the brand Silent-office-wall. These products are characterized by the very good sound-absorption and fulfill the flammability-requirements of the B1-norm. Needless to say, that the surface could be finished with a CoreCoat-based woven.
Beside the sound-absorption products Recytex is well known as supplier for sound-dampening products under the brand-name Silentium for marine and industrial applications. Compared to foam based products the Silentium solutions provides better sound-dampening and that at a lower weight and thickness. The Silentium Materials are highlighted by the unmistakable design and the very durable surface which is in the same time non-fuel-absorbent.
In collaboration with Daimler AG Recytex developed a recycled non-woven to substitute foam. These products are supplied successfully for more than 10 years to the automotive industry.
